When to use a phone calendar
Use the iCal export when you want reservations in your own calendar app. It is useful for a personal overview, a team calendar, or quick date checks without opening Superhostem.
- you see reservations next to your personal calendar
- you can use Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports iCal
- you do not need to install another special app
- you can set your own event alerts and notifications in the calendar app
What you need
Copy the iCal URL in Superhostem and paste it into your calendar app. The app then loads reservations automatically. If you change export settings, copy the new URL again.

- Copy the iCal URL in Superhostem.
- On iPhone, open Settings → Calendar → Accounts.
- Select Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Paste the URL, continue with Next, and save.
- In the Calendar app, set event alerts if needed.


Google Calendar and Android
- Copy the iCal URL in Superhostem.
- On a computer, open calendar.google.com.
- Next to Other calendars, click + and choose From URL.
- Paste the iCal URL and confirm with Add calendar.
- On Android, open Google Calendar with the same account and wait for sync.

What to watch out for
- iCal is mainly for viewing, not editing reservations.
- Updates in the external app can be delayed.
- After changing export content, copy the new URL.
- If you share the calendar with someone else, consider the web link because access can be revoked.
