Where to find forwarding
Log in to Superhost and open the page Overview. In the opening section you will find a block Automatic email forwarding with a unique address for your account.
How to proceed
- log in to Superhost
- open in the left menu Overview
- find the block Automatic email forwarding
- copy the forwarding address shown
- set automatic forwarding to this address in the e-mail where you receive booking confirmations from Airbnb
- send yourself one confirmation email as a test and verify that the data in Superhost has been filled in correctly

What is good to watch out for
- Confirmation emails for bookings from Airbnb are really forwarded
- you are using the exact forwarding address you see in your account
- you have performed at least one test after setup
If you have multiple apartments in one Airbnb account
If you have multiple apartments under one Airbnb account, new apartments can be automatically added to Superhost when a new reservation arrives and its confirmation email is forwarded to your forwarding address.
