What you will see after logging in

After logging in, the Overview section opens. If you do not have a property yet, you will see the onboarding for setting up your first one.

For the first few minutes, you only need two places: Overview, where you choose how to start, and Properties, where you complete your first property.

Leave Reservations, reports, imports, iCal export, and settings for later. They become useful after your property has been created.

Before you create a property

Before you continue, check legal requirements and registrations

Not every host has the same registrations, payments, or reporting to handle. First check whether each step applies to you.

  1. 1Legal readinessCheck rules for your property.
  2. 2UbyportOnly if it applies to you.
  3. 3Local stay feeOnly if your municipality requires it.
  4. 4Operational connectionsSet up iCal and emails later.

Rules, exemptions, deadlines, forms, and reporting methods vary by situation and municipality. Superhostem does not replace verification with the relevant authority or a professional.

Create your first property

Once legal requirements and registrations have been checked, decide whether you already have an iCal URL from a booking portal, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or e‑Chalupy:

  1. Have an iCal URL? Choose Import from Airbnb calendar and paste the URL from the portal you use.
  2. Do not have an iCal URL yet? Choose Create property manually.

Set up automatic email forwarding later, once the property exists. It is an additional data source, not a required first step.

How to add a new property Proceed once legal requirements and registrations are checked.
