If you are short-term accommodation of guests in the Czech Republic, you must also deal with reporting foreigners to the foreign police. A practical way is to register for Ubyport, where you will get access data for working with accommodated guests.

If you have not registered yet

Form Correct address and email Check these before generating the PDF. Police information will arrive by email.
Superhostem Request web services A regular Ubyport account is not enough. Automation needs robotic data submission credentials.
Sending Data mailbox is simplest Send to DS ybndqw9 . Other options are signed email, post, or in-person filing.
Waiting Allow up to 30 days The police will send a protocol with login credentials after processing.
Important You need two accesses: a regular accommodation-provider account and a robotic data submission account for Superhostem.
When you already have registration
A regular Ubyport login is not enough. For Superhostem, you need credentials for robotic or web-based data entry .
1 You have registration and IDUB You do not need to register the accommodation again.
2 Send a request through your data mailbox Request an account for robotic data submission for superhostem.cz.
3 Receive web-services credentials These are the credentials required for automated reporting from Superhostem.
4 Save them in Superhostem Add them to the settings of the relevant property.
Data mailbox message template Only add your IDUB. Then copy the full message body and paste it into the data mailbox.
