What to do if the calendar does not load

Checklist

  1. verify that the calendar source is connected
  2. check the iCal link is correct
  3. verify that the source is sharing data
  4. check for a temporary sync delay

Possible causes

  • invalid or old link
  • inactive calendar sharing
  • error in assignment to property

When to contact support

When the connection is correct, the link is valid and the problem persists repeatedly for no apparent reason.
