Quick diagnostics

  1. is the reservation actually in the source system?
  2. is this a booking from a connected source?
  3. did you sync yet?
  4. isn't it a deadline block?

The most common reasons

  • the reservation has not been loaded yet
  • the source is not connected correctly
  • it is a different type of record than the user expects

What to check in detail

Property name, correct source of bookings, synchronization status and any filters in the booking overview.
